If the deposit still hasn't appeared after 30 minutes, take a screenshot of your GCash/Maya confirmation or bank transaction receipt and send it to support@jilisites.net. Our team will investigate and manually credit your account as needed. This is usually resolved within a few hours.

Withdrawals

Log in to your Jili Sites account, go to the Cashier section, and select Withdrawal. Choose your preferred payout method (GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, or Visa/Mastercard), enter the amount you want to withdraw, and confirm. Make sure your KYC verification is completed before submitting your first withdrawal request.
